CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes – in the confirmation email we sent when you initially placed your order, you’ll find a link to track your order through the Shop app. There, you can choose to receive updates via text message.When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with a unique APC tracking number, which will allow you to track the order as it moves from the distillery to its destination. Simply click on the tracking number and a new APC window or tab will open.

STANDARD DELIVERY OPTIONS IN THE UK
Items are dispatched via APC Overnight – a next-day, trackable delivery service – to the majority of UK mainland destinations.For security reasons, proof of delivery is required, therefore someone MUST be available to sign for the package. If this is not possible, a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery using the APC Called service.
Although we strive to get your products to you as soon as possible – and expect all orders to arrive the following business day – we cannot guarantee next day delivery in every instance due to issues beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions and COVID-related disruption.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Any order placed before 1pm Monday to Friday should arrive the following business day. Since orders can only be processed and shipped during normal business hours, all orders received Friday after 1pm, or anytime Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday.WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please allow for at least 4 working days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us by email at info@sweetdram.com so we can request a refund of the delivery fee from APC on your behalf.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Due to prohibitive shipping costs, we do not currently accept international orders via our website. Please contact us at info@sweetdram.com if you are interested in ordering Sweetdram from outside the UK and we will try our best to accommodate.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you have received a card telling you you’ve missed a delivery, follow the instructions on the ‘sorry we missed you’ card/email notification from APC. You can then use the “APC Called” tool by following this link: https://apccalled.com.Alternatively, you can follow this link to contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel: https://apc-overnight.com/contact/depot-finder.
Please contact APC as soon as possible in this instance as parcels may be returned to us in three working days if you do not contact them directly.
If you have received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card and would prefer to collect your parcel from your local APC depot, please call them in advance to confirm the item has arrived back with them before going to collect it. You will need to bring the card, proof of identity and confirmation of your address.

All UK orders over £50 will be shipped FREE. UK orders under £50 are charged a flat fee of £5.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your order will be carefully packed in a biodegradable air-filled pack and outer cardboard box by a member of our team. A litho-printed Sweetdram brochure and custom Escubac coasters will be included with each order. All our packaging is 100% recyclable.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
None of our products contain any animal products, but we do use figs in our Smoked Spiced Rum.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGATARIAN?
Yes.
WHAT IS ESCUBAC?
Sweetdram Escubac is a spicy, citrusy, juniper-free botanical spirit distilled on copper then infused with raisins, vanilla and saffron. It sits between gin, aquavit and herbal liqueurs in terms of flavour, style and production methods. Ideal for all modern drinkers suffering from gin fatigue.
WHAT IS SMOKED SPICED RUM?
Sweetdram Smoked Spiced Rum is bold, aromatic spirit made with Caribbean rums, lush green botanicals, grains of paradise, lapsang souchong and warm-smoked organic figs. Designed for adults, with no added sugar and a sexy, non-nautical label.
WHAT IS WHISKY AMARO?
What is an amaro? ‘Amaro’ is a very popular type of bittersweet Italian liqueur that’s typically drank after dinner to aid digestion. They’re commonly wine-based, but we can’t grow grapes in Scotland – so we figured, why not combine two of our all-time favourite things (whisky and amaro) and try to create a completely new, completely unique drink: Scotch single malt and grain whiskies precisely blended then infused with botanicals and local honey for a bittersweet, balanced, unique modern dram.
DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN RUM BASE?
Distilling rum in Scotland isn’t very sustainable when you consider we’d have to ship sugarcane halfway across the world to be fermented and processed. We’d rather work with the rum experts, who’ve been doing this for generations in their home countries, to create a consistent, aged blend that suits us.
DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN SCOTCH WHISKY BASE?
In addition to hand selecting and warehousing casks of aging whisky, we fill our own casks with new make at source to control the maturation process and guarantee the supply chain. We plan to distill and mature our own whisky in future, so follow us on Instagram (@sweetdram) for updates. or anything you think would help merchants make an informed decision about your product or collection. This section will appear across all products. -
RETURNS POLICY
In the event you wish to return a parcel to us for any reason, please read the below notice before contacting us:Although we aim to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, occasionally damage occurs in transit. If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse receipt of the parcel and ask the agent to return the goods to sender. If the damage only becomes apparent after you open the parcel, then please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can raise it with APC.
