Items are dispatched via APC Overnight – a next-day, trackable delivery service – to the majority of UK mainland destinations.
Any order placed before 1pm Monday to Friday should arrive the following business day. Since orders can only be processed and shipped during normal business hours, all orders received on Friday after 1pm, or anytime Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday.

For security reasons, proof of delivery is required – therefore someone MUST be available to sign for the package. If this is not possible, a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery using the APC Called service.
Although we strive to get your products to you as soon as possible – and expect all orders to arrive the following business day – we cannot guarantee next day delivery in every instance due to issues beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions and COVID-related disruption. In the event your parcel takes longer than 5 days to arrive, please inform us so we can request a refund of the delivery fee from APC on your behalf.
All UK orders over £50 will be shipped FREE. UK orders under £50 are charged a flat fee of £5.
Due to prohibitive shipping costs, we do not currently accept international orders via our website. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in ordering Sweetdram from outside the UK and we will try our best to accommodate.

We currently do not ship to the USA, but our products are available in the following states: NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, CA, MI & OR.
Although we aim to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, occasionally damage occurs in transit. If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse receipt of the parcel and ask the agent to return the goods to sender. If the damage only becomes apparent after you open the parcel, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can raise it with APC.
